Donte White, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Knights Family Health, a modern primary care practice.
With nearly 20 years of healthcare experience, Donte spent 10 years serving the Mount Vernon community as a paramedic before advancing into primary care and hospital medicine at Phelps Hospital. His background in emergency response, inpatient medicine, and preventive care allows him to provide compassionate, patient-centered healthcare focused on long-term wellness.
At Knights Family Health, Donte provides comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, preventive care, weight management, sick visits, and telehealth services. His mission is to make healthcare more personal, accessible, and centered around helping patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their health journey.
